Cancellation Policy
At Clair Natural Health, we strive to provide the highest level of service and care to our patients.
To ensure that we can accommodate all patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have established the following Cancellation Policy:
1. Notice Requirement
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be awaiting care.
2. Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the consultation fee.
3. Non-attendance (same day)
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full consultation fee being charged.
4. Discretionary Credit
At the practitioner’s discretion, a portion of the fee paid for a late cancellation or non-attendance may be applied as a credit toward a future consultation.
5. Illness
If you are unwell, we can convert your appointment to a telehealth or phone consultation, where clinically appropriate. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible to arrange this.
6. Payment of Cancellation Fees
Any cancellation or non-attendance fees must be settled before booking further appointments at Clair Natural Health.
By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
As a courtesy, you will receive an SMS reminder the day before your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at that time. Our aim is always to avoid cancellation fees where possible, and we appreciate your cooperation in supporting the smooth operation of the clinic.
